Ayurveda recommends certain food combinations as good while some others as incompatible. Following a healthy diet can bring about a definite change in your health condition. Here is the recommended breakfast, lunch and dinner diet as per the principles of Ayurveda:

Incompatible Food Combinations
Melons : Grains, starches, fried foods, Cheese
Honey : Eggs, milk, and dates
Lemon : Yogurt, milk, cucumber, tomato
Milk : Bananas, fish, melons, yogurt, sour fruit, Basmati rice and yeasted bread
Yogurt : Milk, sour fruits, melons, hot drinks, like Coffee and tea, fish, mango, starches, cheese, banana
Eggs : Milk, yogurt, melons, cheese, fruits
